In this surreal environment, you’ll find that AFRICA has been waiting to show you the way to your purpose and contribution.  I love leading the Global LifeVision Adventure because I am transformed every time I go there and I’ve watched dozens of participants experience the same transformation.

AFRICAN ADVENTURE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Two full day game drives guided by local Maasai animal trackers—you’ll see lions, cheetahs, hippos, leopards, zebra, giraffe, rhino and just about any animal that appeared in your coloring books as a child.

LOCATION

Our two week adventure will start in Nairobi, travel to Kisii or Eldoret, and conclude in the Maasai Mara. From the jungles of the equator to the savannah of the Mara – untamed, breathtakingly beautiful with the energy of spectacular wildlife, Kenya is an adventure that will bring you back to your own true nature. Participants experience intimate interactions with the people, land and animals that are both deeply healing and extraordinarily rare.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Even our accommodations are an experience!  We will stay in a Guest house (yes, showers and running water) to the adventure of a dung hut (don’t worry, it’s just one night and what a night you’ll never forget!) to the Luxury of a Safari Camp!   You’ll stay in a luxury TENT at one of the amazing camps in the Maasai Mara where you’ll enjoy 1st world accommodations, “just like home” cuisine, and impeccable service (though this is one luxury hotel where the doors are locked mainly to keep baboons from going through your luggage while you’re away). There is space for up to 15 people, depending on the number of requests for a private suite.

Your Adventure registration includes:

  • A rare opportunity to be personally coached by Ann Webb and her Kenya ILV Coaches in an intimate group setting to create your own Personal Ideal LifeVision. A coaching experience designed to give you access to deep inner peace, a sense of your life’s purpose, and empowerment to achieve your goals.
  • 2 nights/days of Luxurious accommodations  in the Maasai Mara
  • 2 night accommodations in Nairobi
  • 5 nights accommodations  in Kisii, Kenya
  • Ground transportation and all transfers to airports
  • 2 meals per day depending on location
  • 2 full days of game drives led by local and experienced guides and trackers, where you’ll see spectacular wild animals in their natural setting.
  • The opportunity to give back through fundraising for cows, goats and hygiene kits

Sample Itinerary

Thurs/Friday-  Travel half way around the world arrive and stay in Nairobi, Kenya
Saturday – Morning workshop in Nairobi, lunch, change money – drive to Kisii.  Dinner “Meet the Coaches”
Sunday – Kenyan Church and visit families and donate cows
Monday – PROJECT: Build a Spring protection water purification 
Tues – Create Your Ideal LifeVision Workshop at University 1/2 day – visit school and plant trees
Wed  – PROJECTS:  Orphange
Thurs – PROJECTS:  Build a house
Friday -Drive to Maasai Mara, relax at Siana Springs Tented Camp
Sat- 1/2 day safari & visit village
Sun – project and cultural center
Mon – game drive – fly to Nairobi
Tues -Travel home

 

Here’s the thing about the Global LifeVision Adventure Retreat—you will be in Africa with an entire team of Kenyan coaches completely dedicated to creating a magical, mystical experience for you. Global LifeVision Adventure Retreat  FAQ

1. How is the Global LV Adventure different from other African safaris?

It’s always wonderful to experience the African wilderness. However, GLVAR takes that experience and turns it into an all-out embrace of your own inner nature. Every waking moment of the adventure has been carefully designed to help you connect with people, yourself, and re-discover the joy you were born to experience. This is much, much more than a safari. Some of the most highly trained experts in the world will be focusing intense attention on you, helping make the experience luxurious, exciting, deeply rewarding, and even life-transforming.

2. What makes this trip extraordinary?

Aside from a coaching intensive (Ideal LifeVision and Journey in the Mara), the connection with the Kenyan people and the opportunity to serve them is truly magical.  They will become like family and you’ll form deep bonds with people you never thought possible. All Global LifeVision Adventures have the goal to:  a)  connect as a group  b)  connect with the people  3)  serve the people through humanitarian efforts  4)  have scheduled transformational activities including creating your own Ideal Lifevision  5)  experience the culture through activities (safari in this case) food and shopping.

3. What kind of physical shape do I need to be in?

You need to be fairly good health as we will be walking everyday.  We will also be planting gardens and other physical activities.

4.   Where can I get more information about flights, hotels, sightseeing, passports, etc?

Upon acceptance you will be emailed this information plus we will be having 2 orientation conference calls

5.   What expenses are excluded?

Your airfare,  $50 visa to enter Kenya,  3-4 lunches and 2 dinners, shopping money, and 2 safari entrances ($75) and tips for maids and drivers (approx $60 total)

6.  What kind of clothes and shoes should I pack?

Casual clothes (what you wear in the spring/fall) and a light jacket (occasionally)  Packing list will be given to you with more details

7. Do I need to get any shots/immunizations?

Just a booster on your childhood immunizations and medication for Malaria

8.   I really want to go, but what about Ebola?

There have been no cases of Ebola in Kenya.
